ABOUT
DSA is an Architectural design Firm providing professional services throughout the design process. We pilot a project from initial master planning, Building design to interiors, Construction documents, operations planning, and Construction administration.
We do this on a wide variety of project types, primarily commercial.
As principal Del is a Graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He has been involved in Architecture since 1978 managing many types of projects including large-scale buildings and Winery design.
DSA serves Northern California and beyond in a wide variety of commercial projects.
DSA provides a wide range of commercial services. We specialize in Winery, Medical, Dental and Retail, Aviation related, and industrial projects.
DSA maintains an excellent working relationship with local planning and Building Departments. We have piloted many building projects through the agency use permit, design review, and building permit process.

OVERVIEW
Del Starret Architects provides a wide range of commercial architectural services. We specialize in Winery, Industrial, Retail, Medical/Dental, Interiors and Master Planning.
Del Starret Architects maintain an excellent working relationship with local planning and building departments. We have piloted many buildings through the Use Permit Design Review and Building Depatment Process.
OUR DESIGN APPROACH
We control costs by knowing current construction systems and working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors through schematic planning and the construction drawing process.
The project and consultants typically are managed by us, however, on occasian we are brought in as consultants on projects. We attend all meetings and make detailed presentations to public agencies as needed.
